ENTERING THE HAVASU TRIATHLON There are two ways to enter. You can enter by going to www.active.com and enter online with your credit card. If you wish to enter by snail mail then download the entry blank and send it in. Either way, that is all it takes to enter the Havasu Triathlon!
WHO MAY ENTER THE HAVASU TRIATHLON There are no entry qualifications for the Havasu Triathlon. Simply enter and show up on race weekend.
If you are a collegiate triathlete and wish to enter the collegiate division and/or the Mountain Collegiate Triathlon Conference Championships then please click here. Note you do not have to be a a student at an MCTC school to compete in the collegiate division nor do you have to be a collegiate athlete to enter the Havasu Triathlon.
USA TRIATHLON USA TRIATHLON (USAT) is the national governing body of the sport of triathlon. They provide the insurance for the event. We therefore have to abide by their registration procedures and competitive rules.
If you are annual member of USA Triathlon then you must bring your annual membership card and photo ID to registration. We cannot make exceptions to this rule. Please do not ask us to do so.
If you are not an annual member then USAT charges a $12 one day fee and requires you to sign a waiver. This fee is paid as part of your registration process. If you signed up via active.com then you will have signed the waiver online. If you mailed the entry in then you will need to sign a waiver at registration.
REGISTRATION/PACKET PICK-UP Registration and packet pick up will be from 3:00pm to 8:00pm on March 16 at the Quality Inn, 271 S. Lake Havasu. There is no race registration on race day.
Packet pick-up on Saturday, March 17 is by special arrangement only. Please contact racedirector@tucsonracing.com for packet pick-up on race morning.

*We have reluctantly imposed the surcharge in order to make the entry fee equal between online and mail in.
REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY
If you wish to switch between sprint and Oly, or vice versa, you may do so at any time prior to March 10 (paying the difference in entry fee where applicable). Just notify us by email and we will make the change.
